Cancellation Policy

We accept reservations up to three months in advance. To ensure the best experience for our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Please note that the cancellation fee is calculated based only on the accommodation rate and does not include any optional activity fees.

Cancellation Fees:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 0% (No charge)

• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 20%

• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50%

• 3 to 6 days before arrival: 70%

• 1 day before or on the day of arrival: 100%
